Having bought first it was essential that we sold quickly. To this end Wayne gave it everything and we quickly had photos taken and our property listed and our first Open House only a few days within asking Wayne to act as our selling agent. About a week later we had our buyer! Thanks Wayne for your prompt and efficient action that has meant that you helped us buy and sell within 3 weeks. Couldn't recommend him more highly. A great agent who will work his hardest for you.

James kept us up to date with the progress of offers on the house we were interested in. When they fell through, he contacted us and arranged a private inspection. He was professional, friendly and helpful. When our offer was accepted he contacted us straight away and helped us get the deal over the line. James arranged a second inspection, so we could take some measurements and check out a few more things. I would recommend him and his colleagues, they have all really helpful and efficient.
