From our first meeting with Meryl we were confident she had the knowledge and skills to deliver the best result. We were impressed with her grasp on the market and other sales in our area. She was able to guide us through the process and was on hand to give advice and support every step of the way. We always felt confident that Meryl was the right person to sell our house.

Shannon was great, very professional and always did what he said he would. There was never a time when I wasn't able to contact him about a question I had etc. I think Shannon and his real estate team went above and beyond to achieve the result that both parties were happy with. Thanks Shannon!

Extremely grateful to have Meryl as our agent when selling my mums home! We ran into some pretty big issues on the day of our move/exchange and Meryl was right there with us, helping with issues that are beyond the job description of a Real Estate Agent. Meryl stayed calm & very professional while showing a great deal of compassion. I highly recommend Meryl and her services.

Max was very attentive, listened to our requests and was very responsive. He achieved a sale following the first open for inspection and negotiated a great sale price that we were very happy with. I would recommend Max for vendors in Macarthur.
