We first met Denean Hall at another open home and quickly realised that she was the most honest "real" Agent we have ever talked to. She told us in straight talk what our home was likely to achieve and didn't try to blow out the price just to get our business. Denean is very efficient and knew her stuff, always turning up on time and confirming appointments beforehand as well . She is very courteous and professional and so very knowledgeable. We sold our home at the first open home and got over the asking price also because her negotiation skills are second to none. And what better bonus at the end to have such a reduced Agents commission as well !! I will be selecting Denean again to represent us when selling or asking advice about buying also.
