Found Denean to be very dedicated and thorough .Could not believe she landed a sale within a week and mind you well above my expectations.Happy as Larry !.She even worked nights to accommodate buyer inspections and got me a sale in no time and at a much higher price than what I had anticipated.I highly recommend her to anyone looking at selling or buying because I will not hesitate to engage her services again if the need arises.True champion and no nasty surprises as the deal is unbeatable ie. Quoted commission is all you pay and is written in stone,no advertising or hidden costs unlike the big players.She is above the 5 star rating.

We had a very positive and stress free experience having Denean from My Sales Agent as our Real Estate Agent, for the sale of our home. We felt very comfortable with Denean and she made us feel comfortable with any questions we asked. Her communication with us during the whole process was excellent (which is a must for us), but in saying that she didn't suffocate us with constant calls etc while she was waiting for us to sign with her. And on top of all of that our house sold in 2 days!!!
