I placed full trust in Mel and her process and guidance starting with the internal styling of the property, cleaning, and yard tidy up that she offered as part of her amazing package. she advised me to get the property tenanted first as it was suitable for an investor with a high yield which made the property very attractive to potential investor buyers. Mel has organised amazing photos and a 3D walk, which she paid for along with the advertising costs, yard tidy up and cleaning - unbelievable I know! The Property went on the market Saturday and by Monday afternoon she presented me with a contract $15k over the asking price - far exceeding my expectations. Mel’s excellent negotiation skills literally paid for her commission. this is the second property she has sold for me above asking price. I would never list with anyone else!
