As the second real estate agent I used to sell the property. The first had no idea. When I took on Michael, it was based on his 5 star ratings from customers in real-estate.com plus his initial quote on the property. Michael updated me weekly over the period of the property being listed. He found a lot of buyers and successful got more than he estimated. When we asked for changes - he was highly accommodating. Don't use anyone else in Toowoomba - trust me I have used a few and Michael is outstanding!

Just Fantastic to work with Justin! His passion and dedication for the booming Toowoomba region and love of the mix of character- filled properties available, and their potential, shone through - a bonus for me and any potential Buyers. This combined with his professional, easy going approach, and trustworthiness and enthusiasm, he sealed the deals, as he went off to "do his thing" as he described it, ..(superior negotiation skills) on my x2 Investment Properties, and sold them both within a couple of weeks, including arranging must-do repiars at last minute notice! The results were outstanding, the Buyers were thrilled and I couldn't be happier!
