Having Michael as our real estate agent to sell our house was a delight. It was an emotional sale as we were selling my childhood home after my mother passed away. After interviewing a number of agents, many who were pushy, Michael stood out way above the others as being genuine, caring and someone that we could trust. We instantly connected with him. He took a real interest not just in the house as it currently was, but also the history of the house and the changes that had been made to it over the years. Because he did this, he was able to pass this information on to prospective buyers. Michael was able to sell the house for far more than we expected and even smashed all previous prices of sales in the same block. I couldn’t recommend Michael more highly.
