Michael was the agent selling this house back when I bought it at the end of 2014, so I found it fitting to have him help me sell it when I was ready to move on almost 7 years later. He was very happy to help, and did plenty of research to help me position my pricing within the area. Luckily, his idea of price and mine met up, so it was pretty much smooth sailing getting it listed. He kept me aware of what was going on and where we were at throughout the sale process, so I never felt the need to chase him for anything. Despite some delays with the buyers during the settlement process, I couldn't fault Michael's assistance. He was a great go between, especially during the price negotiations, helping us get what we were after. I'd highly recommend him to those in the Toowoomba area.
