Joe is friendly and very relatable, he guided us through the marketing of the property and after showing through prospective buyers he let us know of the feedback he was getting in relation to the property and the pricing. We had a contract to buy quickly after being on the market which fell through when the buyers property sale didn't go ahead, it was not long until Joe had another contract for more than the initial contract.
