Almost wished we lived in his area: faultless service, good rates & not a skerric of smug superior salesman attitude. Very pleasant manner

Joe was a pleasure to work with when selling my house! Joe was great at always keeping me in the loop with what was happening and nothing was ever too much of a hassle. Real estate agents I've dealt with in the past have been underhanded and good at telling people what they want to hear, it was refreshing to deal with Joe as he was an honest, down to earth guy who was real and just wanted the best outcome for me. I would definitely deal with Joe again and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property.

Justin was highly motivated agent. He always had his finger on the pulse with how the market was moving. Justin communicated well with all aspects of the sale and acted professionally at all times. I would definitely use Justin again if I were selling.

Joe and the team at myHouse Toowoomba were great from the first time we met them. There was good communication, without being over the top, great commission rate and sensible advice, especially around marketing. We had been promised all sorts of benefits from over the top marketing from other firms, but these guys stripped it back to what was cost effective and what do you know, we sold in less than 6 weeks. A lot of the properties we loked at with other agents are still on the market now. Nice work Joe and Team.

Our property was on the market with another agent for a lengthy period. Joe took it on and got it sold. We couldn’t be happier with the result!
