It was amazing dealing with Michael to purchase a property from a distance. I had been looking for a few months and dealt with a few different agents and was disappointed when there had been some dishonesty in dealings so when I came across Michael it was a breath of fresh air he was honest the property was exactly as it was advertised. In a busy market Michael was extremely hectic yet made the time to respond to my queries and keep me informed even when I had lost a bid on a property. I have no hesitation in recommending you to Michael and know that he also took care of the tenant who occupied the property that I bought which was really thoughtful.
