I have met with my property manager Kylie Meier to inspect the apartment after the tenant has left, to decide what activities are necessary to bring the unit up to standard. It was in really poor condition. Kylie and her team were very helpful. They organised rubbish removal, pluming, electrician to repair some faults and replace most of the old electrical appliances, painting of all walls, ceilings, doors, cleaners to bring the place up to standard. She claimed on my behalf part of the bond for breakages, cleaning and rubbish removal. All these activities were carried out quickly and efficiently. It took only one week and the apartment was ready for renting. Despite the current difficult to find tenants rental market, two weeks later Kylie has already signed the new tenancy agreement with a good tenant. Thank you Kylie.
