We hadn't even signed our agency agreement when Zoli called to let us know that a contact of John's was keen to inspect our property as an investment. This investor gave us the price we were after, and because we sold off-market we made big savings - no painting, styling or advertising were needed. I really doubt that other agents could have delivered such a good result so painlessly. Zoli and John's contacts and knowledge of the area are a great asset you can tap into. They were also a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. I recommend them without hesitation.

I've written another review for John - and that was excellent too. John is great at what he does because he has a ton of experience and treats each customer individually. We loved working with him and his team. He's professional, communicates well, is approachable and we would hands-down work with him again! If you're buying, selling, letting property in the Inner West or Botany area, I reckon John's team at MyPlace is the best agent you can get.

I've bought property, let property and sold property through John at MyPlace. John communicates effectively and advises what will happen, before it happens. For the past 6 yrs, we've had nothing but an excellent experience with John and his team. He's always available and is a down-right nice guy to work with.
