From the moment John and Zoli told us about this property, they were just as excited about is as we were. We felt confident throughout the process that they were doing whatever they can (while still looking after the seller) to make this happen for us. They both showed honesty and integrity throughout the process, qualities not often seen in this industry.

We would highly recommend John & Zoli. They sold our place within 2 x weeks of the marketing campaign. " Great effort ". After having our property sit on the market for nearly 3 x months prior with another agent, John and Zoli were full steam ahead and very motivated. Their hard work, along with enthusiasm and a professional approach, whilst always keeping us informed was greatly appreciated. John has a vast knowledge of the area which was very reassuring. We were confident they would accomplish this task, and they did. Thank you very much . Nick and Leanne

John and Zoli have been great advisors during our purchase process. They have not only shared their extensive local property market knowledge but also demonstrated well their hard work between buyer and vendor to accomodate both parties interests. We engaged this property at early stage but was not getting too much attention from last agent. We were impressed that Zoli and john treated each prospect buyer equally and fairly and eventually make things happening.

We chose to return to John for our sale as he was who originally sold us the property 10 years ago. We know he is local and knows the area well. We were very happy with the service and his team and made the whole process very smooth and easy. We would a happily use their services aain and reccomend then to others.

Hi, It was a pleasure to deal with John and Zoli during my recent purchase. They really assisted me in communicating with the seller and enabled me the time to secure the finances required to secure the purchase. Their knowledge of the market and the property gave me peace in knowing I was pirchasing at a fair market price. They were both patient and very positive. I would highly recommend them both to any one looking for a reliable and friendly agent.

Hi John and Zoli, Thanks for listing our apartment in Stanmore and for the quick sale. Plus all the time you spent getting everything organised pre sale and the extra travel to Stanmore for you both. Thanks again Steve and Beverley Swanson

This is the second time we have worked with John in getting our house sale. This sale was particularly difficult, in a very sudden, tough market. John's excellent negotiation skills has ensured we have been able to sell successfully. If we had another agent, I am unsure if we would have had the same success. We would thoroughly recommend both John & Zoli - both have excellent local knowledge and contacts within the Botany area. Thank you!

John and Zoli were great throughout the entire process. It was stress free. We did not feel threatened or coerced unlike what we've experienced with other agents. They were transparent and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Great professionals. We would highly recommend John and Zoli anytime.
