John helped me sell my property at Rosebery in October 2015. John was a big help, working hard to get people through and gauge interest. The property market was softening so without John's hard work may not have sold for as good a price. This is the second time I have dealt with John on property transactions in Rosebery. He knows the area very well and he is reliable and genuine. Would use him again next time I am in the area.

I can't speak highly enough about John, Kylie and David. This is not just because they secured a record sale for my property; they did a great job from start to finish keeping me fully and accurately informed.

We had our apartment listed just as the Sydney property market turned corners. John has been patient, professional and consistent through out the whole process. John and Kylie really put a lot effort in marketing the place, keeping us updated and finally got the buyer through the door. We couldn't thank John and his team enough for selling our apartment in time for us to enjoy the result of our investment.

John and his amazing team at My Place were incredibly professional and a delight to deal with over the sale of our first home in Beaconsfield. John's knowledge of the area is second to none and his personable nature and honesty made the transaction such a pleasure. We were so happy with the result and would highly recommend My Place to anyone in the market to sell.

John is fantastic, very real and approachable. I have dealt with many agents in a search for our property. John was the first real person that went out of his way to help us. He is not a typical agent out to make a quick sale. John took time to show us the property and even went above and beyond what a normal agent does. John is the only agent that I would use in the botany, Rosebery area. I would highly recomend him for sales and rental management John and Janelle

John Higgins has successfully sold two properties for us in Beaconsfield and Botany. John's knowledge of the local area is unsurpassed. He is a straight talker and represents the facts without gross exaggeration. John has a great team working with him and their focus is always the client - buyer or seller. John has a very collaborative style which meant we could have input into the words used in the ad for the property etc. I would recommend John and his team to any prospective seller or buyer.
