John showed a good knowledge of the market & got me a fair price in a poorly performing market with a flexible settlement date, between 6 weeks & 3 months depending on what suits me, & the ability to use the deposit as the deposit on the purchase of another property (I'm downsizing). He is also helping me with advice etc. on the purchase of that property at no cost.
