We got well below what we were told and what was market value. We agreed to the sale as he told us we had no other interested parties, which was not the case. We were rushed to sign first thing in the morning so the contracts could be sent off and "we didn't lose the only buyer we had". The agent didn't even know who he had sold to until after we signed the contracts and as it turned out the buyer (developer) was not the only interested party. So much with this sale doesn't make sense. I wouldn't recommend using this agent.

It was a pleasure dealing with John and Zoli during my recent property purchase. Knowing I was interested in the property, they contacted me of another party's offer prior to auction, which gave me the opportunity to counter offer and ultimately buy the property. They were honest and fair during the process. They were also quick to respond to me (even after the sale was secured) and didn't let the process drag on - which helps in this stressful market!
