After retiring we decided to rent our apartment and move to the country.

After realising that we would not be returning to Sydney we then decided to sell . Through friendly negotiation John successfully sold directly to our tenants . The tenants were enjoying all that the apartment and area offers and did not wish to move . The ease to both the vendor and purchaser was such a pleasure.
