We bought a property that NG Farah was the sale agent on and have now used them to lease this property. Very happy with our decision to have Kade handle finding good tenants! The process has been seamless from the marketing campaign on the rental into getting the place tenanted. We have had some construction works delayed by weather prior to tenants moving in and our agent has done a great job in communicating with the tenants and ensuring everything is going as smoothly as possible. Samantha is responsive, knows the answer to all our questions and solutions orientated with any issues. Happy to recommend their professionalism!
