I really love both Tegan and Conor. I came to you guys as an easy switch from purchasing off the plan thru N G Farah and I have been really happy with the letting team. I like the energy that they have and they totally understand that I needed tenants and quickly. Conor was fabulous in this regard. Tegan now looks after the day to day stuff and she's great. thx Leigh

NG Farah team members are very professional and reliable. They know the local market. They’ve helped manage my investment and was involved with subsequent internal repairs and touch-ups. Very happy with their work.

We had a bumpy start with the management of our investment property however, after quick negotiations they sorted our problems, managed our tenant and were available and prompt with the communication with us. Overall we are content & feel we made the right decision signing our property over to NG Kingsford for management.

Hi Marcelo, Thank you for your recent management takeover of our property. I would like to say how impressed I am by your professionalism in such a short time. The outgoing tenants left on 11th October and you organised new tenants to move in on 13th October, truly outstanding! Also, you followed up on my request and arranged with me to do a departing tenant inspection on the 12th October. What stands out to me is with raining cold conditions, you were sick for a week and pulled yourself out of sick bed to do inspection on 12th, beyond dedication! Further, you organised a plumber and removalist to assist on the 12th , excellent client service! In sincere appreciation, Terry E.
