We engaged James while we were looking for investment properties before we had even purchased. James was an amazing support throughout the process, providing very prompt appraisals for the properties were looking at and was informative as to which attributes made a difference in rental return. Once we exchanged on an apartment, he was very responsive getting us set up and explaining the process to us. He provided excellent advice and was very supportive/flexible when we need to change plans due to issues in our settlement process.
