These guys are head and shoulders the best property managers in Coogee. Twice now I have reaped top dollar rental return when putting my place on the rental market. They have an enormous database that drives massive interest. First time I got a tenant within 24 hours above my asking price after a big turn out to a once only viewing. Second time within 48 hours again above my asking price after a big turn out and once only viewing. They have the local knowledge and local connections - total rock stars !!
