The agent we met - Kade was very welcoming he knew everything about the property very well and answered all our questions. When we applied we told him we were really interested and he rang after a couple of hours to go through some things on our application. He communicated well and kept us informed throughout.

We viewed 16 properties over 20 hours over the weekend. We saw Finley about 3 or 4 times in 1 day! Not only was he super friendly and helpful but also made an effort to reply to my text with questions about the properties and viewing times. While searching for an apartment in a current market can be a daunting experience, James and his team made the process a breeze. I attended the inspection on Saturday, liked the property and submitted the application. Which is rather easy to fill out. James contacted me shortly after and by Sunday afternoon my application was confirmed, deposit paid and the place secured. Can't recommend these guys enough!
