Cade started off the process with hosting the flat viewing, giving insightful answers to all questions asked by all prospective tenants. Once offered received by NG, Cade promptly contacted the landlord to help with the speedy negotiations between all parties. Once accepted, NG (particularly Ashlee) helped get all the paperwork and payments through to enable us to sign an pick up keys within 8 days of sending the offer through.
