Easy to deal with
Emily is a wonderful strata manager. She's prompt and informative in her communication and is always able to suggest solutions which are well thought through. I would have no issues recommending Emily to anyone who needs a great strata manager.

Professional and proactive
From my initial inquiry about finding a property manager, through to signing the tenant, James Daniel and the team at NG Farah have been professional, attentive, and super responsive. Even though I was traveling between states, James provided information and updates seamlessly. NG Farah has their finger on the pulse when it comes to knowing the local market and because of this I was able to secure a tenant within a week of listing.

Good experience for rental

Seamless process
Applying & moving in can be quite painful. However I was surprised to see how quick and easy the whole process went. Property managers are easy to reach, quick to respond & respectful !
