Thank you to James Daniel & Luke Doso for their true professionalism and searching for our dream property. I asked James if he could help us find a property in Little Bay and he found the one. I cannot explain enough how happy we are and super excited to move into our dream home. Thank you for everything! 🙂

There are not enough superlatives to describe the service I have received from NGFarah in general, and James Daniel in particular. On multiple occasions he went out of his way to help me. Expect a positive and polite service from this team.

Paige was the agent that we dealt with from N G Farah. She was very professional and was able to schedule an inspection for us in a timely fashion. We submitted our application and she helped us by pointing out that we had missed a section of our application. She’s very professional and a great communicator which really helped whilst we were looking for the perfect rental property. Thank you Paige

The whole leasing from beginning to end left me with a happy and comfortable that the right tenant had been achieved and also that I was in good hands from an ongoing management perspective.

Damien always surprised me by finding new tanent. It’s only one day between move in and move out. He was also good on communicating with my tenant to solve problems during the COVID outbreak.

I don’t know how Tegan does it but even during Covid 19 , Tegan finds good, clean tenants, and we are so happy with the service. Tegan knows I am not online so she texts and emails me so I dont delay approvals or requests. Tegan response time is unquestionable ! ! Tegan deserves 6 star! Thank you Tegan for making my life easy !

Recently we leased our apartment with James Daniel and Luke Dosovic. From the first time we contacted them they have been very prompt with all responses and provided great insight to the market and the leasing process. They were able to secure tenants for us within a week of the initial listing. In all my dealings with them they have proven to be very professional and approachable. Highly recommended!

You have set a new bar for customer journey and experience - probably the best I've had from a residential property management and leasing team. Friendly and great communication throughout every stage of the process. Thanks for your help in making the search and negotiation process so seamless guys.
