Amy and the team at NG Farah have been great to work with finding our new apartment. Amy was very clear about the application process and helped guide us through the documentation we needed with ease. All the communication that followed has been professional and timely, we've been really happy with the service.

My experience of securing a rental property through the N G Farah team was only positive. Communication was very prompt, transparent and genuine. They were excellent in assisting me negotiate a rental price I was happy to pay and I feel fortunate to be renting a property that is managed by the good peeps at N G Farah.

Everyone was so kind and quick to help me with my questions, especially Paige the agent I was talking with through the entire process. I would highly recommend their rental agency as they are very competent, compared to a lot of the other ones I had inspected through who never got back to me or were very unhelpful.

NG Farah has managed my family's investment properties in the eastern suburbs for over the last 5 years and I would strongly recommend them. The team is always courteous, prompt and have managed our properties in our best interest in terms of achieving the highest rental price (in COVID times) and sourcing great tenants. In particular, Tegan Hope within the team has always made herself available to our family and look after our properties well.

We have been a customer of NG Farah and all the property managers have been excellent. Tegan has especially been of great assistance over the past few years. She has seen us through the management of two rental properties and handled all situations with professionalism.
