Unfortunately because of current world wide conditions we have all been impacted like never before. My Agent Tegan has been in constant touch with me trying to get a tenant so there was always someone interested but we needed to be happy about the rental price also .Some were really trying to take advantage of the situation we’re in at present. I have worked with NG Farah for 13 years, managing rental property, never have I had to wait more than a couple of days after a property is advertised and shown before applications come in and then subsequently let, and never had any issue with the suitability of the tenants. This is due in no small part to the extensive database and expertise the staff have in the different suburbs but also the stringent vetting process undertaken for tenants. Nothing is ever a problem and Tegan my current property Manager is always proactive, any tenant issues are dealt with fast and with both tenant and owners satisfaction in mind. Go no further NG Farah is the best.
