Martin was very positive from the first day I met him . He knew what I wanted in respect of sales price and within two Saturday opens he was able to achieve the result I was looking for . Martin went over and above keeping me well informed of what was happening and followed up buyers by bringing them again on the Sunday . We met with a few local agents and they were all very impressive but in the end, the decision for us was easy. As soon as we met Nathan he made it very clear he had never sold a terrace in Paddington, for most people in our position that would be alarming but the honesty was refreshing. As the meeting went on we were talked through a plan that used a very level headed approach that would help us get the best price for the property. All the information we needed was provided to us, it was unfiltered and in hindsight it was what we needed to hear not we wanted to hear.
