I walked in off the street to assess ng farah having been disappointed and let down by a big name player in the area. Immediately, Cameron invited me into his office to discuss a flat we wanted to sell, and gave me his full professional attention. One complication we had , was we needed to renovate the flat while living overseas. Cameron organised all the quotes, made the keys available for workmen, and kept us updated with all the progress along the way. Most importantly, he achieved an incredible price we were not expecting. I think he achieved this because he liaised honestly with the clients who had interest and made sure everyone had a chance to put their bid in, but kept everyone on side. I really recommend this guy. He treats both seller and buyer with respect and if I was buying in the area, I would start with him and his team. A really professional outfit. A pleasure to do business with.

Despite current market condition, on auction day only one buyer has registered, house not sold. Gem did not give up hope and was keep trying and finally find a good buyer and sold the house in good price. Gem has a good negotiable skill and communication and convince buyers.
