I met Ken late last year with the view of selling my deceased parents home. I found out that he was a local who grew up in the area. I was most impressed with his knowledge of property values and his explanation for the best method for the sale of the property. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with his negotiating skills for us to achieve the best possible price. It is not my nature to give the highest score to anyone so Ken only got nine out of ten. Any future deals would have scored top marks.

Dave was a great agent to deal with and a breath of fresh air in the real estate game. His knowledge of the area and helpfulness in getting our house sold in just 13 days was amazing. For genuine, real advice, you can't go past Cameron. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We wanted a quiet sale off market, Cameron manged to sell our property within a 1 week time frame and above our expectations. No surprise given he was showing the property on a Sunday morning. I dont often do reveiws but I'll make an exception in this case as i was impressed with the job Joe and Tara had done. Joe and Tara sold my duplex at 19 George st Eastlakes. As a builder/developer I get to deal with agents both at purchase and at the sale of my property's, so I know a good agent when I encounter one. Joe was spot on with his valuation and for better or worse told me his honest opinion throughout the selling process. The properties were very well marketed, there was always a good turn up at open house .....even on a Thursday. All potential purchasers were contacted afterwoods (not just name and number takers). I got a record price for a duplex in Eastlakes. What else can I say! Thanks Joe and Tara for your professionalism and hard work.
