Sensitive and aware. Not the first words one would normally use for an agent, but that's what made Steve out. Steve has an excellent understanding of the potential buyer, which helped us decide on selling by private treaty. He was also a very good negotiator. We had a lease signed with the tenant, which could have been a problem . However, Steve was able to win their cooperation, which played a vital part in the success of the marketing campaign. We are very happy that even the tenant did not seem to lose out in the process and we certainly felt that we were able to entrust Steve to work hard and do a very job for us. We have no hesitation in recommending Steve as an agent.

I bought my first home in Australia from Steve Ausling having moved to Sydney from New Zealand almost three years previous. Steve was the listing agent at the very first open home that I attended.
