I recently purchased a property from David Lee in William Street Botany and am writing this reference with the highest of recommendations. From the first time we met at the property David was transparent and honest. I know this because everything he told me regarding the property, the interested parties what his price expectations were, all came to fruition. This is something I have found to be rare when I have come across other agents over the years. David kept me up to date and informed the entire campaign, I was never out of loop and Dave was always available to talk and answer any questions or concern I had. He gave me further opportunities to inspect the property out of hours and made the entire process of purchasing through himself and N G Farah easy and hassle free. If I was to sell this property in the future or if I was asked to recommend an agent to sell a property the only person I would recommend is Dave as I know how he services buyers and does not treat them like a number.
