Awesome͏ service from Ben and the NG Farah team who sold our home in Mascot and got a phenomenal result with our house selling 1 day after going to market. This was even more amazing given the difficult market conditions with interest rates rising and prices declining. Ben worked in a cohesive team with Nathan and Jeremy and they ran a great campaign, gave us regular and detailed updates and worked around our busy schedules. Ben went above and beyond I can’t recommend him enough if you are thinking of selling.

We chose the agents with the best sales record and who we felt were the most trustworthy. Ben and the NG Farah Team worked tirelessly and effectively putting together a strong marketing campaign for the sale of our home, with honest feedback around buyer expectations. Ben is client-centric and his response to any request was "I'm on it" even with challenges locking in trades and unpredictable weather. Communication was regular, detailed and punctual. The Team provided end to end service with countless "value-adds" to showcase our house, including organising painting, minor repairs, styling and other trades. Ben and the Team were collaborative and worked like a well-oiled machine, ultimately achieving a phenomenal sale price for us beyond our expectations in a short space of time.

We chose Nathan to sell our much loved family home because his track record in Mascot speaks for itself. We put our trust in Nathan and the NG Farah Team and they exceeded our expectations by selling our property at a fantastic price (in a very unstable market) at lightning speed. He, Ben, Jeremy and the team provided end to end service. They worked with us for weeks to showcase our house and get it ready for sale including organising all painting, minor repairs, styling and marketing. He had a clear, detailed strategy for the sale which he tailored throughout the campaign. He accommodated our busy schedules by meeting on Sundays, early mornings and after hours to make the best use of our time. Nathan lives locally and values his reputation. While always acting in our best interests as his client and vendor, he made it clear that when negotiating with purchasers he would treat them with integrity. I know this is part of why he was able to sell our property within 24 hours of it being listed on Domain.

Nathan just helped sell our home in Mascot and he helped us get a phenomenal result with our house selling 1 day after going to market. This was even more amazing given the difficult market conditions with interest rates rising and prices declining. Nathan has expert knowledge of the area and is one of the highest selling agents here which makes sense given our experience with him. He ran a great campaign, gave us regular and detailed updates and worked around our busy schedules. Nathan went above and beyond I can’t recommend him enough if you are thinking of selling.

Mark did a phenomenal job selling our home. Not only did he achieve an excellent result and above our expectations but also sensibly optimised the marketing campaign. Mark recommended we complete a soft approach pre Christmas (off Market) but making sure we were first off the rank in the new year and it proved to be a great success. His knowledge of the suburb and surrounding areas was top class. Mark is a Master negotiator, but provides complete transparency. Overall could not be happier and would award 10 stars if we could.

Joe is a very experienced agent and knows the Sydney Eastern suburbs property market extremely well. Joe is very responsive and provides regular updates to both buyers and sellers through the property transaction process. Joe is also very efficient and direct in the way he manages sales campaigns and negotiations and does not waste time for buyers or sellers.

I recommend Evan without hesitation. He was proffessional, knowledgeable and reliable as he guided us through the selling process. His responses to calls and emails were always prompt and he kept us informed every step of the way. Evan and Bec were a great team. They secured several bidders for our property and we were very happy with the result achieved on auction day.

Our experience working with Gem was gold class. Gem brings with him a level of trustworthiness and authenticity that made selling our apartment smooth and seamless. He stepped us through the whole process from kickoff through to close, ensuring we were comfortable and in agreement with each decision. Gem’s technical skills as an estate agent are outstanding, but what really sets him apart is his ability to connect on a human level. You can’t sell a house without people, so people skills are key.
