Having dealt with a number of property agents, I have found Steve to be a very honest and professional individual who possesses superior knowledge of not only the area he is selling but also the community within the property itself. As a first-timer stepping into the property market, the overall experience was no doubt stressful and daunting. But what I like most about Steve is that he is always 'present' - responsive and responsible, answering every question I threw at him and just getting things 'done'. I was very grateful when he checked in on me even after the settlement process to see how I was doing, and provided me with helpful tips just so I can settle into my new property nicely. Our experience with Cameron acting as the agent for our property exceeded expectations. From the beginning he was highly professional, reliable, punctual to appts and willing to go out of his way to accommodate us with meeting times and locations. He set realistic expectations from the beginning around sale price and was transparent regarding communication, queries and offers from prospective buyers. We went into the auction confident the unit would at least meet the reserve price, however were extremely happy with the final sale price. It was well above what we expected and I believe Cameron's professionalism, patience, knowledge of the local market and just being great at what he does was the main contributing factor to this. I would definitely recommend Cameron to any friends or family looking to sell property.
