With his professionalism and presentation of our house was excellent, and with the current market he surprised us all of the end sale price being higher then expected! He also has a great team behind him also and their professionalism and continued contact with us through out the sale made it quite pleasant and stress free! We were a bit sceptical of the new selling method they have introduced 'Select Date Sale' but now we understand it we would recommend this style of sale and would use it again ourselves! I think the main question would be for people to ask us 'would we use or recommend Brendan and Team Naked again'? And the answer would be bloody oath mate! There really aren't enough superlatives in the world to describe Brendan and the team at Naked. This is the fourth house in two years that Brendan has sold for our family, and the second using the incredible Select Date Sale method. I was so worried by the thought of going through the selling process, as this had always been for me a drawn-out ordeal that lay somewhere between disappointing and soul-destroying! But each of the sales have been completely free of fear. Brendan is a relaxed, friendly guy who always tells you the exact truth, even if he is personally disadvantaged by doing so. He has spent years making sure that he knows his stuff. And the Select Date Sale method means that all the pressure to come up with the best price is placed on the buyers, not the vendors. I was gobsmacked at how well it worked. There are a lot of wonderful people out there working in real estate, but there is only ONE team that uses this fantastic sales technique. Our sale fell through the first time which was disappointing but Brendon kept chipping away at potential buyers with of course finally a sale. What we felt was really good was the times the house was open for viewing, most weekends it was Saturdays and Sundays.
