Brendan worked very hard in being able to negotiate with the seller of the house we so wanted and fell in love with. Our house took nearly 6 months to sell and being a subject sale being centred around the sale of our house, Brendan was able to managed the seller to wait for us. A job well done

Brendan has a great knowledge of the Real Estate market both locally and the Metro Area. He was realistic in his evaluation and set a sale price that met our expectations and that of the market. His advice on preparation for sale was appreciated as he was able to guide us on how prospective clients may view our property. Brendan was always been approachable and was ably assisted by his PA Jill Young when not available. The whole agency team made it a pleasure to deal with Naked Edge.

We can only recommend this agent. You have to bring a bit of patience and he gets the job done. He sold our property at the price we wanted.

Brendan Leahy helped get my offer of 9% below asking price over the line. Brendan also assisted when finance took longer than expected to be approved. Thanks for helping me buy this property at a great price!

We were grateful for the smooth process with the purchase of our first home with Naked Real Estate. Brendan presented the house well at the first viewing and gave information beyond the brochure. The transaction though inspections and settlement was very well handled by Jill and we felt we were in good hands. We are happy with our purchase and there were no surprises. We hope to deal with you in the future.

Besides being excellent at knowing his business of selling homes Brendan is a very trustworthy agent. In short he listens, he is patient, he displays the utmost respect to his customers and their properties and understands what people want. He has surrounded himself with staff that have the same drive and respect to do their utmost best for their customers. I can't praise Naked Realestate enough. In my eyes they are by far "THE BEST" in their business.
