To those embarking on a similar journey, we want to share a segment of our adventure. One of the hardest parts of selling a home is choosing the right real estate agent. It’s a crucial decision as they are responsible for turning your expectations, dreams, and future plans into reality. In our case, we invited three agents, each with a different approach. Claudia stood out by providing a complete history of the house, including details we, as owners, didn’t even know, such as the pool lacking certification. She provided this information even before we made a decision, which saved us a lot of time in preparing the house for sale. Professional and Prompt
From anticipated sale to settlement, Claudia provided excellent service. Claudia provided assistance with presentation, required repairs, compliance (smoke alarms) and expected market value. All offers came with details for us to make an informed decision ie. Pre Approved, Cash, Needs Finance and timeline for expected settlement. We would highly recommend Claudia.
