At all times we were happy with how Karla conducted herself selling our home. The property being rural Karla's Market knowledge of the area and what had previously been on the market was very helpful. I've been dealing with Karla for 3 years since I first purchased a block of land through NWPB. I constructed a duplex on the lot and Karla was always so helpful providing rental appraisals, sales appraisals as well as regular market updates. Even though I live 4 hours away from the property Karla was happy to send me photos and videos regularly to show me the progress of the build. She's so easy to talk to and a very genuine person. Another 3 years down the track I decided to sell the duplex. Karla was able to secure a buyer in a challenging market and at a good price too.
