I hold a pretty poor of opinion of Most but Not all Real Estate people. The same goes for the legal and medical fraternity. I have two personal friends who in real estate, but am seldom able to use them as my properties have tended to be out of their locality. That said, they can and do provide excellent guidance as to where to go, who to speak to etc etc etc. Shaun falls into that category. Shaun through careful, experienced and valuable knowledge and expertise (particularly in Torquay)was able to sell a difficult property to sell in terms of asking price, location, surrounding properties and market conditions in Torquay at the time and keep both the buyer and seller happy. A difficult line to walk at the best of times and the Easter Anzac Day period of 2016 wasn't particularly "Property seller friendly!" for our particular home. ie: Buyers were thin on the ground and unwilling to put there hand up - let alone money.
