Professional Service

Melisa has been a pleasure to deal with and demonstrated her professionalism every step of the process of renting our property in Peregian Beach. 15 groups attended our first open home and within a couple of days she handed us the vetted applications. Very professional staff

We contacted Melisa and Robbie regarding renting out our beach house. They promptly gave a full appraisal and some very useful information as we have never rented a house before. Their advertising and selection process was very well handled and they (along with Emma) kept us very well informed of progress. They quickly obtained a prospective tenant, conducted full background checks and explained the process to us the whole way. We highly recommend Melisa, Emma and the team and would definitely use them again to rent our house.
