Robbie provides an excellent service, He and his team are organised and reliable. The open days they organised and managed were frequent and highly professional, and local and internet marketing was very well executed and delivered high levels of open home attendance and interested parties contacting the team. They definitely kept us and the buyers well informed at every step in the process. Robbie and Kieren also gave us good practical advice to prepare our property for sale, which we are glad we took. Nevertheless at no stage felt pressured towards a sale price we were not happy with. Most importantly, the Ray White crew at Peregian Beach, lead by Robbie, have demonstrated that they are able to deliver sales in the current market at solid prices.

We had considered selling our house in Ironhurst Place late in 2018 and after receiving strategy proposals from several agents including Joel Nicholls , but decided to go with an agent I had known through golf at Peregian Springs . After 3 months and very little interest, we decided to give Joel a go, as he had been persistent through all this time .
