I've been using Craig and Deb for 5 years (selling 4 properties in that time) and I have never been disappointed. I can't say enough good things about them. They just get stuff done!! I have used many agents over the years and I can truly say that Craig and Deb will be selling my properties for the foreseeable future. They are fast and efficient, friendly and helpful, they chase up every loose end and they have the supernatural ability of follow-up which is incredibly rare. They sold this property without even needing to advertise which saved us lots of money and was extremely fast. Something I really like about them is that they're really down to earth which I really appreciate.

I found Emily to be a very friendly, cheerful person but also very professional & knowledgable about the current real estate market. She was always on time for appointments, gave me good feed-back after property inspections & kept me informed about progress. Emily was very courteous & respectful in her attitude & worked very hard in this difficult economic climate. The sale price, while below my expectations & also below several prior estimates was not an indication of Emily's performance but was rather an indication of the economic circumstances & reluctance of financial institutions to lend in this price range. I would happily recommend her to other vendors.

Deb and Craig are amazing to deal with. I have no hesitation with referring anyone to them, if they are either in the market to sell or purchase a property. My house was not the easiest to get to market, due to its age and the fact that we were having to look for the right buyer. They sold the property way faster than I had ever dreamed and got the best possible price, which also exceeded my expectations. Deb and Craig's approach is very personal and caring, they are a diamond in the rough, when it comes to agents, believe me! My advice would be to allow them the opportunity to appraise your property or if you are searching for something, let them know exactly what you are looking for and they will find it! 5 stars with out a doubt.
