Michael has now successfully sold two properties for our family. One a burnt out rental property the other an inner city restored mansion. The properties were worlds apart but both were treated with the same professionalism and dogged determination to get the very best price in the shortest time frame for our family. The mansion was sold for our asking price within 4 days (could we ask for better than that?). The burnt house was pitched to the perfect buyer - a developer! Again the price was above all our expectations because Michael always aims for the very best for his clients. Dollars and cents aside, Michael is ethical, trustworthy and credible. There are no 'salesy' games or gimmicks and there are certainly no questions left unanswered. I would be pushed to find an agent who I would trust more to sell our largest and most treasured asset- our home. I cannot recommend Michael and his dynamic team ( in particular Jill) enough. They are certainly on my Christmas card list forever!
