The online listing of our property was first-class, and showed off all of the very best features of our home. This was reflected in an offer before the initial open home, and then in excess of 25 parties attending the open home, which was on a Saturday. Emily followed up interested parties over the weekend, and by Sunday afternoon we had five contracts to consider.
