As First home buyers she ran us through everything we needed to know. She was prompt with her communication and got an positive response from the vendors on our offer. Chenoa was made herself available to answer all our questions. Chenoa saw we loved the place and we are very thankful for all her help going the extra mile even inviting us to upcoming community events in the area to so we can get to know our new small town community.

Flying in from Victoria to view a house and knowing it was the only chance we had to take in everything was a very stressful situation to be in. Chenoa was very relaxed and friendly, there was no pressure or attempt to rush us through the viewing. She took the time to answer all our questions and followed up on queries we had, especially around the differences in purchasing a house in Tas compared to Vic.
