Good overall experience

Ben gave me great customer service when I enquired about a house being sold (for $680,000 in August 2017) months before I gave him my mum’s house. At that time and without any expectation of a sale Ben gave me a solid report and good advice on her house. In April 2018 Ben sold my mum’s house for $690,000. When the range was 660,000 to 720,000 I was a little disappointed on the final price expecting to get closer to 700,000. Maybe with a slightly cooling market the final selling price was about right, who knows. Overall though, I was satisfied with Bens effort. His strength is that he kept me constantly in the loop and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone thinking of selling a house.
