I chose to use Jillian for the sale of my property in Warren, NSW, and found her to be amazing!!
From the outset I found Jillian to be a wealth of knowledge and extremely professional. She was very enthusiastic throughout the process and her communication was excellent. It is obvious that she is very passionate about real estate. She was able to negotiate and achieve a price I did not imagine was possible!! Great result
We new the market was upward trending haven't had previous appraisal for our property. Jillian was very good her marketing knowledge was very valuable . With in a twelve month period the value went from $690 to $730 and sold for $749k ,we were very surprised and thankful for Jillians help and she sold it in 5 weeks.If you have a property to sell give her a go I recommend her

Persistence
Jillian was a great choice for my sale. Always proactive, punctual with appointments and has great communication skills. Because of the current economic uncertainty my sale took a little longer than expected, but Jillian persevered with enthusiasm and amazed me with her endurance. At the end of the day Jillian secured me a wonderful sale price which made me very happy.
