Rinkal has been managing my property for the past one year and is doing an excellent job. She was able to find new tenants before the other party vacated which saved me from paying out of pocket. Rinkal always answers my phone calls but if she is busy with other commitments she always calls me before the end of the day. She has organised handy man for minor repairs at my property promptly to ensure the tenants are satisfied with the property.
