Great Experience
The first time we met Abhi was over one year ago and we weren’t ready to sell our house yet but he kept in touch and was always ready to help us. When we did decide to sell the house he surprised us by selling it off the market for an excellent price and he even managed to find a client who was willing to meet all of our needs as we had to live in the house for a few more months. Knowledgable, Professional, Flexible and Open communication
Abhi and Gurjant were referred to us though my friends who were their previous customers . When we met his team they were understanding of our emotional journey of selling the home. Abhi and Grujant suggested few changes that would help us present the house better. They made the process of putting the house on market very seamless and easy. Once the house was on market, they had more open home sessions than promised (including few private opens). Abhi displayed his knowledge on the suburb and the surroundings very well to the buyers. He always provided a feedback at the end of the week. He negotiated with the buyers very well to get a good outcome. Overall, we are happy to have him and his team to present our property.
